I found this online dictionary which is like it claims a really fast dictionary "like a ninja". I tried it , its fast but basically because of its simple interface and it is just text based. Browsers won't have much trouble loading this page and people with dial-up can use it too. But don't look up slangs or words of urban usage. It is just a basic dictionary with the standard stuff. You want the meaning or definition of some slang words then I would recommend checking out Urban Dictionary.
